We Brought the 21st Century to a Grade II Listed House

One of our most delicate period restorations yet, development of Acacia Road was a constant balancing act between protecting and restoring the period features of this Grade II listed St. John’s Wood house while making bold, contemporary additions that would allow our international clients to make the most of their London home. We Preserved the Magic of a Unique Highgate Home

We Built the Longest Private Pool in London – and Hid It Underground

There was already a lot to be excited about with this build. A conversion of four flats in Wimbledon into one, grand house, featuring an authentic Japanese tatami room used for traditional tea ceremonies – it would have been special enough if our clients had stopped there. But what really sets this home apart is the enormous underground pool, which involved more drainage engineering than you would ever want us to explain.
