Planning approval in Barnes

Thursday, April 10, 2014

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approved in Barnes.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Richmond council to proceed with the construction of a 5,000 sq ft six bedroom house on Suffolk Road.

The designs require the existing building to be demolished. As it wasn’t a listed building nor did it have architectural merit, we demonstrated to Richmond Council that new design would be beneficial to the area and significantly more suited to modern family life.

The new build will be a high quality construction with a full basement, front and rear lightwells and matching materials where appropriate to integrate well into the surrounding area.
