Planning Approval in Chiswick

Wednesday, July 29, 2015

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Chiswick.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Hounslow Borough Council to proceed with the addition of a part one storey, part two storey rear extension to a Grade II listed house in the Grove Park Conservation Area.

The section of the house that will be removed to make way for the new extension was added in the 1930s and thus has lower historical value than the rest of the structure. Hounslow Council shares our confidence that our extension will be more sympathetic to the original building and its surrounding area.

When completed, the extension will provide additional space for the ground and first floors, increasing the long term usability and value of the home without substantially changing its appearance or structure.
