We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Mole Valley council to proceed with development of a spacious single storey rear extension to a detached Victorian house along Roman Road.
The extension includes a new open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a contemporary style clearly differentiated from the traditional Victorian architecture. The design is of the highest standard and makes no impact to neighbour amenity.
The owner of this already large house will use the extension to accommodate his elderly mother, keeping her close to the family while providing her with a separate living space.
