Planning approval in East Sussex

Thursday, August 28, 2014

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in East Sussex, on a site that has been through six years of planning turmoil.

Numerous architects had attempted to develop on this five acre rural site within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, but East Sussex council either turned down the applications or work failed to start.

After conscientiously briefing concerned locals and councillors who had never encountered modern design in their area, we’ve been granted permission to finally unlock the potential of this beautiful site with a highly sustainable contemporary build.

This spacious family home will provide our client with a lifestyle they have always dreamed of while minimising local impact with an elegant design that complements the country environment.
