Planning Approval in Richmond

Thursday, September 22, 2016

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Richmond.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Richmond Borough Council to proceed with the addition of a part single, part two story extension to a detached four bedroom house on Chester Avenue, along with new side and rear dormers, new roof lights along and internal alterations to all floors.

Despite the significant scale of the works, Richmond Council were happy for us to proceed as we reassured them that there will be minimal impact to neighbour amenity and that we will use matching materials where appropriate.

The new space will be used to provide an open plan kitchen and dining area with direct garden access, a large master bedroom and family bathroom on the first floor and two new en suite bedrooms on the second floor.
