Planning Approval in Twickenham

Wednesday, June 24, 2015

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Twickenham.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Richmond Borough Council to proceed with the construction of a ground floor extension to expand a Victorian Building of Townscape Merit in the Strawberry Hill Conservation Area.

To make room, the existing conservatory style extension will have to be demolished. The new extension will fit far better with the original structure thanks to a flat, timber clad roof and matching brickwork. The council agreed that it will be a substantial improvement to the property.

Our high profile client will enjoy a larger and more flexible ground floor, with open access and visibility of the garden through full height Crittal doors.
