Planning Approval in Twickenham

Friday, June 26, 2015

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Twickenham.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Richmond Borough Council to proceed with the construction of a highly contemporary ground floor extension to expand a Building of Townscape Merit in the St. Margaret’s Estate Conservation Area.

Along with the extension, we will also remodel the garage windows and remove a portion of the traditional rear veranda to make space for the extension, creating a striking yet complementary contrast of old and new architecture.

The additional 45sqm will provide room for an open plan living space surrounded by floor to ceiling glass walls opening directly onto the rear garden, along with sky views through the three roof windows.
