Philip Jones-Lloyd joined DGA with 18 years of experience as a Senior Design Associate. In his previous practice, he designed and renovated school theatres and large commercial garden centres; a role that had him wearing many hats as he guided countless projects to success. He has found his move to residential architecture a refreshing change of scenery.
His skills include architectural design, contract administration, technical compliance with the building regulations and on-site problem solving. Now a Director at DGA, Philip's broad skill set enables him to lead many of our major projects from concept to completion.
When the day ends, Philip goes home to his Grade 2 listed cottage on the edge of the South Downs where he lives with his family and two energetic dogs. His free time is renovating his family home (enjoying doing much of the work himself) and tinkering with his classic Landrover and small fishing boat.
