Planning approval in Barnes

Saturday, April 5, 2014

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approved in Barnes.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Richmond council to proceed with internal development and extension to a Grade II listed Regency style property in the Castelnau conservation area, Barnes.

Convinced by the precedent set by similar Castelnau properties, Richmond council approved our contemporary rear glazed extension, in addition to a subterranean swimming pool, gym and sauna beneath the garden.

The design has carefully considered all sustainability and ecology regulations to ensure minimal impact to the surrounding area while fulfilling our clients’ brief.
