Planning Approval in Clapham Common

Friday, January 30, 2015

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Clapham Common.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Wandsworth council to proceed with the refurbishment and extension of a three storey Victorian house in the Clapham Common Conservation area.

The design required utmost sensitivity due to the property’s prominent place amongst the terraces on the North Side of the Common. Luckily, the neighbouring home already featured a rear extension which our design would match. Wandsworth council trusted us to carry out works of the highest quality.

By increasing the available space and extensively refurbishing the interior design and layout, this classic home will be brought up to modern standards and its exceptional Victorian character will be preserved for many years.
