Planning approval in Hampton Hill, Richmond

Monday, October 20, 2014

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Richmond council to proceed with the demolition of a property on St. James Road to facilitate the construction of a new, modern home.

The replacement house was deemed a positive contribution to the streetscape, with shapes and details reminiscent of Victorian architecture, while integrating the light, space and open plan design conducive to contemporary living.

By implementing solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system, the build will achieve Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
