Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Hertfordshire.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Dacorum Borough Council to proceed with the demolition of a property in Charnis, close to the Chilterns AONB, to facilitate the construction of a highly contemporary home of exceptional quality and innovation.

The clean, minimalist single storey design presents a modest silhouette to the landscape, complementing the beautiful local scenery with a sharp sculptural profile clad entirely with floor to ceiling glass walls.

Accompanying our design was a full suite of efficiency, sustainability and ecological assessments to ensure the build will surpass standards and support the surrounding environment.
