Planning Approval in Mill Hill

Thursday, October 15, 2015

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Mill Hill.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Barnet Council to proceed with the addition of a new two storey roof extension and lightweight rear extension to a Grade II former manor along Partingdale Lane.

Despite being a Heritage asset within the Green Belt, our work would largely be removing structures that were added in the 1960s, thus having less architectural value. Our portfolio of both listed and Green Belt sites convinced the council that we would complete the project successfully and sensitively.

Along with the extensions, extensive internal alterations will bring the home up to modern standards. Once complete, our work will ensure that this classic building will be able to be enjoyed for generations to come.
