Planning approval in Notting Hill

Tuesday, July 1, 2014

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Notting Hill.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Kensington and Chelsea council to proceed with the ambitious redevelopment of a five-storey Victorian terraced house on Westbourne Grove, within the Pembridge Conservation area of Notting Hill.

Due to similar redevelopments in the surrounding area and a design that was respectful to the original character of the property, Kensington and Chelsea approved our plans, which include a basement with front and rear lightwells and a three-storey extension adjacent to the closet wing.

Sustainable, recycled materials will be used wherever possible and the finished design will have minimal impact to the surrounding area while still fulfilling our clients’ brief.
