Planning approval in Putney

Monday, June 9, 2014

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Putney.

We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Wandsworth council to proceed with development of a two-storey rear extension and internal remodelling of a spacious, detached Victorian house within the Oxford Road Conservation Area of Putney.

Wandsworth Council approved our plans thanks to a low profile design that takes care not to disrupt neighbour’s light and creates a clear distinction between Victorian and modern structure.  There is no impact to the Conservation Area as the development is not visible from the street.

Present and future owners of this Werter Road house will be able to enjoy an improved balance between living and bedroom space with more light penetration from the garden.
