Planning approval in Wimbledon

Wednesday, August 6, 2014

Dyer Grimes Architecture has planning approval in Wimbledon.
We’re delighted to have been granted planning permission by Merton council to proceed with the extension and internal reconfiguration of a two storey attached house in Clivedon Road.

Despite being within the Wimbledon Conservation Area, the council were happy to approve our designs as they are in-keeping with the local style and present a substantial improvement the quality and usability of the property, increasing usable floor space from 125 sqm to 207 sqm.

Not only will there be more space, it will also be better arranged, replacing the existing cramped configuration with generous open plan spaces filling out the new extension and basement.
