Basement extension in Richmond Hill

Dyer Grimes Architecture have won a new commission for an 1000sqft basement extension on Richmond Hill.

Despite basements being a contentious development and the property’s location in a Conservation Area, we are confident we will achieve planning permission thanks to the presence of many other houses on the road with basement extensions and our close relationship with Richmond’s planning and heritage officers.

The property is a well-proportioned period house with perfectly preserved original details and a large, lush garden.

We look forward to sharing more news on this project as it progresses. In the mean time, click here to see our latest planning permission victories.
