Petersham Road Thames renovation

With a view overlooking the River Thames and a garden that opens directly onto the towpath, few homes provide a more desirable location than this Victorian semi-detached home in Richmond.

While beautiful from the outside, the interiors and services don’t currently live up to the home’s enviable location. We’ll be performing a full renovation and restoration using matching materials, a sympathetic yet current interior redesign and heritage-certified replacements for doors and windows.

We’ll also be taking this opportunity to extend the house with a new glazed kitchen extension which will also provide a roof terrace for the ground floor, allowing our clients to take full advantage of the panoramic Thames view.

This project is still in pre-planning, and we hope to share more news in the future. If you would like to see our most recent planning approvals in Richmond, click here.
