To take your idea to the critical planning phase, we develop more detailed design concepts and scale plans, together with full design and build budget estimates. Our team of in-house experts in our offices in London are able to provide clients with an accurate 3D ‘walk through’ of their new home to help them make those last-minute, but crucial, design decisions.

Once a project has the go ahead of planners and clients we will provide detailed technical plans which meet all legal obligations and allow for accurate construction costs to be submitted. We will obtain fixed prices from selected contractors and organise contracts on behalf of clients.

Basements are a contentious issue in tightly packed residential areas such as Fulham Conservation Area, but Hammersmith and Fulham Council were convinced by our stellar track record of ambitious and completely safe basement developments across London’s most challenging boroughs. The new space will almost double the available floor space for our clients, providing an incredible increase in both the utility and value of the property.

We have planning approval from Richmond-upon-Thames Council to demolish a house in Denbigh Gardens and replace it with a new build. This will complement its setting and perform to 21st century sustainability standards while providing a more open, contemporary living space.

After a long history of heavy-handed repairs and unsympathetic alterations, Kensington and Chelsea Council and English Heritage were relieved for this project to be in the hands of an architect with a proud history of listed renovations that preserve and restore heritage assets.

This semi-detached house sits on a street with a distinct and consistent architectural style throughout. It is one of the most fiercely protected roads in the Maida Vale Conservation Area, but due to the sensitivity and quality of our design, Westminster City Council approved of our plans.

Renovation of Twickenham’s Townscape Merit

Despite the planned extension being very modern in design, our experience in blending old and new in protected buildings – including our award-winning works on a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse - convinced Richmond upon Thames planning department that our design would be sympathetic and subordinate to the original structure.
